Created the “Comfy for All” concept, designed an interactive shopping experience for the vans.com homepage and created additional email and banners assets. A product grid rotates to match outfits in the corresponding animation. The eCommerce team reported that it was the “most successful mobile banner to date” for sales and interaction.
Results: This asset consistently captured 20-34% of all visitors and was the highest performing asset on Mobile. The click rate for our longest run was 7.66%, which is leaps above our benchmark around 2% engagement, with a conversion rate of 7-9%. The asset created diversity to the Homepage offerings, leading to a 20-40% lift in Homepage performance under personalization.
